How it works.
Go here and pick your donation of choice. (I nicked help_japan's list because it looked pretty comprehensive) Then come back to this post and fill out this form in a comment:

Guidelines.
• This is done by honor system!
• Suggested graphics scale:
$1/1 icon
$3/1 small colored panel
$5/1 larger colored panel
$12/15 icon set
$25/30 icon set
But if you want to donate three dollars and want four icons it doesn't really matter. The idea is you donate and I make you pretty things, so I'm not going to quibble amounts with you.
• I mostly color manga and so that's what I'm gearing this towards! If you want something else that's fine too, but jsyk.
• If you could email me the pages of manga or upload and link them in your comment that'd be swell.
